The Rhode Island School Counselor Association announces Anne-Marie Flaherty as the

 2022-2023 RI School Counselor of the Year!

The Rhode Island School Counselor Association is pleased to announce that Anne- Marie Flaherty is the Rhode Island School Counselor of the Year. This award, given in memory of counselor and educator Arthur Tartaglione, honors a leader in program implementation who also performs outstanding service to the school and community in the counseling field. Thank you to all that were able to join us in celebrating RI's SCOY!
