Toolkit 8
Welcome to Toolkit #8:
Individual Learning Plans
Individual student planning is one of the four sub-components of the Delivery System in the ASCA National Model. Individual learning plans for all students in grades 5-12 are required by the Rhode Island High School Diploma System. Toolkit 8 (TK8) can help you establish and document an Individual Learning Plan (ILP) Program. An ILP Program Exemplar is provided to illustrate how the essential components of an ILP Program can be documented.
