Welcome to Toolkit #7: Effective planning at the district and school level is required for counseling programs to be successfully implemented. Likewise, it is critical that individual counselors plan for their school year. Toolkit 7 (TK7) will help you “Plan for Results” by focusing on what results you want to personally achieve, how you are going to assess your performance and the barriers you need to overcome.
