Welcome to Toolkit #3: Data is used to demonstrate the significant impact of school counseling on student success and school reform. Toolkit 3 (TK3) focuses on assessing student progress toward standards, evaluating the impact of the school counseling program and producing an annual school counseling report card. Detailed instructions are provided to help counselors respond to the RI Commissioner’s Review and produce a Support Personnel Accountability Report Card (SPARC).
