The RI Commissioner of Education has initiated a review process in which districts provide evidence of their progress in school reform. Part of the evidence must demonstrate how comprehensive school counseling is used to promote personalization and support student success. The RISCA Response Guide for School Counselors is a set of tools to help K-12 school counselors get involved in this process. The Guide identifies compelling evidence of the significant contribution counselors make to student success and the health of the school community and which RISCA Tool kits can be used to produce the evidence. The RISCA Response Guide consists of five files which are provided in either Microsoft "Word" or “Excel” formats. Click on the links below to review the file on-line. Right-click on the links to save them to your hard drive for future use.
